No certification stamp.
Real blue mountain coffee must have a stamp showing it is certified or else it’s not Jamaican Blue mountain coffee. I bought 5 pounds and not one has the certification stamp on it. Buyer beware

Not Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee
I purchased this ROCO 100% JAMAICA BLUE MOUNTAIN COFFEE and shortly found that after brewing the color was cloudy and white and had a bitter after taste. After speaking to a close friend who’s on the Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee board, he informed me that; This coffee could be anything; Blue Mountain Coffee isn't a brand and can't be. It's a registered certification of origin. And I clearly bought something counterfeit and will be reported it to coffee Blue Mountain boardJamaican Blue Mountain Coffee board is one of a few certified exporters of both green bean and roasted product. They do full process from farm /single origin estate to roasted and packaged end product. They also have export green bean.

Old Beans
It may be a one off but the coffee I received was very dry and lacked flavor. I suspect what I got was Old Beans.I hope the Company does QC on the product to ensure Old stock is not shipped out as fresh in the future ...

Good, but not what I have had in the past
Let me start off by saying that this coffee does lack any of the bitter aftertaste almost all other non-Blue Mountain coffee has. However, to get much taste out of it I have to use a good deal more in my French press, than I do normally. I have had Blue Mountain in the past, and got a lot more flavor from less beans than I have to use with this brand. I have no idea why this brand is like that, but while it is good (if you use twice as much as normal), then it suddenly gets even more expensive for an already expensive cup.
