Immediately after taking it, I felt a calmness which let me know my body was receiving what it needs for my digestive system. I take one every 12 hours 2 hours before or after a meal . because I do not want to flood my body with 2 pills at one time due to being new to taking these particular types of capsules.

I first took these as directed, then took 2/3x/day. I had excellent results for my “frozen” shoulder. Pain subsided within three days. These were recommended to me by a health care professional and now I use them when I have inflammation elsewhere (tech thumb, hip, feet, etc.).
