I’ve had this pan for quite awhile now and have used it for various things. It feels high quality and is easy to clean. I even used it in my toaster oven. It was expensive so I expected a lot but it is even better than expected. I will definitely purchase from this company again.

This is an excellent product, which is why I have purchased a few pieces from 360. A word of caution, do NOT bake anything on the cookie sheet that has been marinated or tossed with oil. The oil will run off of the pan and potentially start a fire in your oven. At the very least, it will get really smokey in your kitchen. Yes, I made this mistake. That's why I went ahead and ordered pans with sides. They work wonderfully. The quality is well worth the price.

Heating is perfectly even. I use parchment, so easy to clean is a bit of a given. Should last a lifetime.
