Canadian Duck Foie Gras - approx 1.4 pounds - Whole Grade A

This is a great product. It was a Christmas present, and was simply amazing. Seared the Fois and served with crostini with a drizzle of port wine reduction. Saved the rendered fat for making home fries. It was back to back grand slams. I think everyone needs a trip to the cardiologist, but hey, it's Christmas.It was a beautiful lobe - well packed - quick delivery. What more could I ask for.

Despite some slight shipping delays around Christmas, this foie gras arrived still frozen due to the great packaging job by the seller. This was one of the highlights of our holiday meal that our entire family savored and enjoyed thoroughly. Definitely recommend this seller for the quality and service provided!

indeed this foie gras has 1.12 lbs and I don't think you sell foie gras bigger (1.1-1.8lb) than this weight because you don't have it !!! Say this so that your customers know. You have to sell the price per pound, not per piece. Or at least be fair and tell customers that a 1.1 lb. foie gras is $ 100.99. It's too expensive though. Other sellers sell cheaper, the piece is bigger and is the same quality. I am very disappointed.1.1 lb = $100.99

I got these for our Christmas Party and New Years eve party, the quality is excellent, but they let out lots of oil and smoked up the whole kitchen trigged the fire alarm. Be sure to ventilate when cooking!

I was pleasantly surprised to see hudson valley on label, considering bought thru a company from Canada. quality very good, price excellent.

Texture was great but possibly the worst flavored Foie Gras I've ever had. Sad I was expecting much more.

Unless you like eating liver flavored fat DON'T BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YUCK!!! Nasty I love chicken liver and like veal liver but this supposed to be a delicacy but this made me puke, literally
