This thing is perfect for doing two servings of veggies or Indian Dal. I also regularly use it for hard and soft boiled eggs. It's much faster and less hassle than my Instant Pot for these things. Handles 6-8 eggs depending on size.The recessed lid is great for catching the little bit of stuff that shoots out sometimes when making Indian Dal. Doesn't go all over the stove.

Whistle was not working when tried and piece of lid was broken

Very bright stainless steel. Cooked rice or dal or vegetable is not sticking to the bottom. Very easy to clean by hand. No heavy scrubbing needed. Good for 1 or 2 people. I am impressed with this 2 liter cooker.

We probably got a faulty one, since it doesn’t seal well and doesn’t whistle. Doesn’t work for me.
