SAKURA - Gelly Basic White - 05-08 - 10 - Set 3

Set of 3 gel pens ordered and came on time. Quite pleased with the quality as they all worked well and there was no issues with writing on parchment vellum and dried quickly without smudging. 3 different sizes which was helpful and the ink flowed freely without flooding or creating a mess. Not a bad price. Recommended and would buy again if needed.

These pens are a joy to use. The ink flows smoothly and evenly, making them perfect for clean line work, small floral details, and outlining. The colour is solid and vivid without being overpowering. I had no issues with skipping or smudging, and they layered well over both marker and pencil work. A reliable addition to any colouring toolkit.

All of these are really good pens. They took a while to get working smoothly, and work better when warmed up with body heat but provide good coverage on alcohol markers, and all three work smoothly.

Good but can get clumpy after using for a few seconds, ink flow tends to stop too so have to keep touching up areas if doing a straight line, slightly disappointing

Great for highlighting your colouring images, you get three different nib thickness.

I've always rated Sakura gel pens, but disappointed with this set.......the 08 and 10 work great, but the 05 one barely writes despite how much I've tried to get the ink flowing. Only delivered today, so it's not as though I've had them for weeks. Therefore, the set works out more expensive when one gel pen doesn't work!
