Aji Amarillo Chile Powder

Aji Amarillo is not a hot chile, it has just enough kick to make your dish more interesting & an interesting berry-like flavor. If you use spice blends to season your foods, add some of this to that mix. Aji Amarillo goes great on any kind of grilled fish, meat or poultry.

This is an excellent chile powder to cook with! I really enjoy the flavor profile. I have used it in chicken fajitas and enchiladas. I am looking forward to experimenting with Peruvian dishes as well.

Came nicely packaged . I was making TACU TACU and my husband loved it . I probably went overboard with the flavor but it tasted perfect !

I bought this to make sopa de mani. It really brings out the flavors of the dish. I use it frequently now in my Bolivian dishes.

As a Peruvian, this is great! Doesn't replace real aji amarillo peppers but is great for dry rubs. Will definitely buy again once I'm done with my container.
