Very good head didn't last long need new heads

The bottom broke within the first week so she couldn’t use it as an electric toothbrush, then the top part snapped off. Very weak. The seller did refund the item however.

The item stopped working within 30 days of us buying it. We live abroad most of the time so unable to return.

Very bed designed. Battery cover screw is impacting on vibrating motor power, tighter the screw less vibration you will get from motor. Very strange product. Changeable top heat brush very week and one of the brush is already broken. Looks like child should press on the teeth with certain amount of power not to snap the top end of brush. Price is to high for what you get as you can find better quality and cheaper price in local stores.
