Plastic tips that hold a brittle
The media could not be loaded. I did love the product. The pull out is great and sturdy, but as far as the tips that lock in place, they are very brittle and will break whether you use force or not so because of the outer tip breaking after only the third time of use, I give it one star.

Works great, until it breaks
Very decent, low cost replacement for the original Mercedes part. However, I've been through 2 of these in a little over a year. If you're not careful with it (which my teenagers were not) the plastic tabs will break making the whole thing unusable. I'm going to buy a third one, as it's so much cheaper than the Mercedes part that I may as well just keep replacing these as they break. Just don't expect it to last as long as your car does.
