Sagler Stainless steel Potato Ricer Masher Super Quality Potato Ricer Press

GREAT product, Actually saw it on a youtube tutorial while looking for another way to make mashed potatoes.Got the ricer, and worked great the 1st time. Keep in mind you do not have to peel the potatoes when using this, HOWEVER, the potatoes take longer to cook (soften) with the skin on them. Made the mistake last night of not cooking the potatoes long enough & they were hard to push through the ricer. Next till will cut the potatoes in half or quarters to shorten cooking time. Other than that, this product does what it is supposed to do and its very sturdy. A must have for every kitchen

it definitely rices your cooked potatoes like it is supposed to do but (1) you have to use both hands to squeeze the handles unless you want to just rice one potato slice at a time and (2) the handles are uncomfortable for the job. it took me as much effort to use this as it would for me to use a handheld chopper tool thingy or even a masher. plus after it has been "riced" you still have to mash the potatoes further unless you want lumpy mashed potatoes.

This potato ricer does a good job. If I had it to do over again, I might get one with holes on the sides as well as the bottom because some of the potato gets trapped above the press and I think that part might go through the holes on the side if there were any.

I love this gadget! My family loves mashed potatoes but it was always such a hassle to mash them all by hand and I never got all the lumps out. Now with using this awesome ricer, it's so easy. I get perfect lump-less mashed potatoes in a fraction of the time. It's a high quality product at an awesome price. I don't know how I ever did without it!

Second potato ricer I've ever own, first was bought years ago at local brick and mortar store. This one seems to be hands down better quality than I had before. Can't wait to use it.

Had a potato ricer that was different in shape and left a lot of residue that had to be removed about every other squeeze. This ricer is the perfect size and obviously the right-sized holes as it can be used without removing potato blocking the holes for the entire batch of perfect mashed potatoes. I am so happy I bought this ricer.

Love this ricer!!! Makes fabulous "lump free" mashed potatoes. I did learn a lesson - don't fill the container to top with potatoes - too difficult to rice - need to be strong!!! Fill 1/2 full and easy to use.Finally - beautiful mashed potatoes at reasonable cost.

Works as expected but l wish it had holes on the side as well as the bottom. I had one like that before and it was easier to operate because it took less effort to push the food through.
