Banana Boat Protective Tanning Oil Spray SPF 8 Sunscreen, 82 Fl Oz

I like to save time tanning. I don't have time and patience to lay out in the sun an hour on each side. I can use this and lay out for 15-30 minutes on each side so an hour in total and have a nice golden tan. You can use this when sitting in the sun and walking and have a nice tan enhancement too. Do not use this if you don't have a base tan. You want to have a slight tan when you use this so you don't get burned. I had layed out 3-4 times previously so developed a slight tan prior to using this. Usually my first time laying out each spring I get slightly burned (mainly my face) and then the 2nd and 3rd time is when I get a little tan. You don't have to be really tan, you just need a little base tan. The scent is sort of like tropical and bananas together. Light and sweet. I like the scent a lot but it can sometimes give me a headache as I'm sensitive to fragrance. My skin drinks it up so it's not greasy for me. It just makes my body soft. The sun dries the skin so this adds moisture back. With my pale skin type I can only develop a light natural tan unless I use tanning oil and it helps me to have a deeper golden tan after one or two sessions in the sun and it also helps my skin have a nice healthy glow where it adds moisture. I would recommend it, the oil seems to last a long time too.

Well. Long story short....I was using this ...And I was tanning my legs. I was wearing shorts and 15 mins in I was like ... omg I don’t want a shorts tan line! So I go in, grab a towel and change into just my Victoria’s Secret thong. It’s cute, so I was like yahhhh I’m gonna be cute AND tan! So I go out.... I lay in the sun rotating like a rotisserie chicken for about an hour and I get up to get something... and I ask my boyfriend how my tan is coming along and he says WOW you’re really dark ! And then he starts LAUGHING.My VS thong had a band around the waist that wasn’t see through, but the rest of the panties were and now I have multiple lines and a TAG tanned on my ass. A. TAG. like a clothes tag.It goes buttcheek, buttcheek, and TAG. 😐😐So it works. The tanning oil works. Clothes or no clothes.

This has SPF and the traditional scent of Banana Boat! Oil tends to absorb and not leave an overly oily feel. I order it so I don't search in stores, but it does seem overpriced.

I love this tanning product. It took a long time to be delivered and the price was higher than I like but I’m glad I got it before summer.

I love this oil spray. used to purchase it years ago, I'm happy to see it is still around. It smells really good, kind of sweet and warm, with a hint of SPF that just reminds me of the beach. Great for getting a bit of a glow quickly. I'm careful of lotions and oils I use on my face, this doesn't seem to irritate it. Wonderful product, I would order again.

I have been using this brand for over 20 years and its still my favorite product to get the perfect tan. Smells great and it gives me the best tan. I do have to apply it after I get in the water but the results are the best for the perfect tan.

Used this brand for years, smells amazing. Spent 4 hours under gulf of Mexico sun, did NOT burn got a beautiful tan. Buy it you will love it. Two bottles last me all summer (may to aug).

I tan easily --- and don't generally burn. I use this (8spf) to do my ears, tops of shoulders and tops of feet -- generally the areas that get a little pink on me. Works perfect, and smells like the beach :)
