It is a RAIN BARREL!
It's black and it's a barrel and it is cool. The flat back shape is perfect for setting the barrel against your house. If you want to add chlorine tablets you will have to unscrew the screen because this is the only access. The price is fair. I went without the stand but did purchase the hose to save on costs. It is easy to devise a stand. The hose is good quality also. It has obvious use for gardening and for emergency water applications. All in all, I would recommend.

Very well put together rain barrel.
Got this for my father and he absolutely loves it. It is flat on the back so you can put it against a wall or a deck flush (he's a construction guy, so he loves being able to do that). Filled right up on our first desert monsoon rain and he has been using it to water his grapes and garden area. Very well made, and it's a plus to have all the fittings pre-drilled and working. You don't need a pump for this, you can attach a hose right on the bottom of the barrel, or open it up and let the water out from the bottom. My father put it up on cinder blocks so he could get a bucket or a watering can underneath the spigot with ease. Plus, it looks like a whiskey barrel, very pretty in the yard. These cost twice as much in the garden store, and the ones in the garden store are not 55 gallons like this one, the capacity is much smaller.

Ordered 3...
I ordered 3 to replace the 50 gallon trash cans I modified and all ended up splitting. The faucets are cheap, but so far are working just fine. I do have a leak on one of the 3 faucet seals. I keep a bucket tucked up under it to catch the drip. It's about a quart a day or so but it actually seems like it's finally clogging up as it seems to be leaking less now. The tops of 2 are buckled w/ one deforming to my favor as it makes a sort of sink that I can pour left over water into quickly and easily without running over the sides if I pour too quickly. All 3 are connected at the top as an over-flow to the one in front of it. My first is an 80 gallon reservoir that spill down into the first of these three. No leaks have been found between these top connections so far. Oh, I have these sitting on 2 cinder blocks so that I can put my watering cans and buckets under the faucet. I have not tried connecting a short hose but would not count on a hose working very well if you thought you might stretch one out to your beds.

Great for watering the garden
If you can harvest water, these are great. I have several that I use to water my garden every year.

These are great
These work great for capturing rain water. We ordered two and they were easy to install. The color and height were spot on as well so they look great attached to your house, shop, or barn. NOTE: We did drain and disconnect them for the winter as we live in the Midwest.

Worth the money!
Came delivered as promised promptly and I set up both. However I had to wait for the kits I ordered for the downspout to the gutter as that seems a guaranteed method for capturing the rain runoff. I was very impressed after installing the particular downspout kit and glad I hadn't screwed down the plastic screen so I could check the level of water I got. It was completely full and slightly leaking from the hose I had attached to the side of the barrel because it had overflowed into a bucket I hung on the faucet which is below where the overflow snout will empty excess water captured. That was what alerted me to the fact that I needed to start collecting water for my plants as the bucket was full and so was the barrel. The stand is really necessary so you don't have to mess with space under the faucet to fill your bucket. Very exciting that I did this as now I can save a trip to the hose on the house with some of my plants.

Screens for Collection Design Flaw
Price was the main attraction. Overall quality is fair. Plastic screen holes on top of barrel are not large enough to allow water to run through. Water puddles on top of barrel. Had to remove screens and will remake new ones or enlarge the holes. Either way, water won't collect with provided screens.

Sustainable and Space-Saving Rainwater Collection for the Garden!
I recently purchased the RTS Home Accents 50-Gallon ECO Rain Barrel, and it has been everything I hoped for in a rainwater collection system. Made from 100% recycled plastic, it’s sturdy, weather-resistant, and eco-friendly—exactly what I wanted for sustainable gardening. The flat-back design is one of the best features. It fits neatly against the wall of my house, saving space and making it easy to connect to my downspout. Unlike round barrels that can feel bulky, this one looks intentional and blends right into the outdoor space. Collecting rainwater has been a dream of mine, and now I get to give back to my garden in a greener way. The spigot at the bottom makes it simple to fill a watering can or attach a hose, and I’ve already noticed a difference in my water bill. It feels great knowing I’m reusing rainwater and reducing waste at the same time. If you’re looking for an affordable, eco-friendly rainwater storage option, this barrel is perfect. It’s durable, practical, and supports sustainable gardening while keeping your outdoor space tidy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend this eco-friendly rainwater collection solution!

The seams are messy but as long as they hold, then this is good. At first I thought the top came dented but soon realized what a dummy I am because the "dent" was on purpose so the rain water leads into the vented hole lol. Good for the price and looks nicer than a regular plastic barrel and fits nicely against a building. Prices for nice barrels like this one in the stores tend to be much higher so I give this 5 stars.

Très bien! La qualité du plastique pourrait être légèrement meilleur à mon avis, mais c'est un super produit.

The first one that I bought lasted three years, no issues and then the third winter I stored outside and even though I had the valve open water filled up inside froze and split the side. I bought two more and won’t leave it outside exposed in the winter again.
