I use this 1 - 3 times a week on a clean, dry face and neck. apply about a quarter-sized amount and rub it in. The cool thing about this exfoliator is the enzymes help remove the dead skin from the surface of the skin without any abrasives. As you apply it, the dead skin will slough off and sort of pill up for you to rinse clean. It's a little gross looking, but it leaves my skin so soft and I think I get better absorption of my array of skincare products after using this. As someone with dry skin, my moisturizing game is still strong, but the Yo Glow has made a major difference for me.
