Easy to use and it works!
I used this in a large shower that had slippery floor tiles. Cleaned the floor tiles & grout really well and let it completely dry first. Used a foam roller to apply 2 coats (allowing it to dry between coats). Let it fully cure before using the shower and it has been working great for months! It creates a slightly rubbery feeling coating that really works to eliminate the slipperiness of wet tile!

Good stuff!
I bought this product for my tattoo shop’s 1600 ft.² of marble tile flooring, I used 3 bottles, it goes a long way. I needed to seal it anyways, so I decided to get something that was non-slip because the floors were incredibly slippery during construction, I almost wiped out or did a split quite a few times. This stuff works amazing! Like you can’t even move furniture without it sounding like nails on a chalkboard. Doesn’t leave it sticky at all, however don’t expect the floors to be shiny, it’s more of a matte finish. Very easy to apply, we rolled it on with paint rollers and then wiped it up with terry towels, per manufacturers instructions. Good to go the next day. USE A PROPER VENTILATOR. We had no way to air the place out, even with the open door, so we had to step outside quite a few times, and some of those times we were a little light on our feet... if you know what I mean.

A good product within its limits.
So, I bought this product for the new. large format porcelain tiles I installed in our bath and into our shower. While they are DCOF (the slip coefficient for all tiles) rated for shower floors, I still worry about someone slipping. Water, soap and tiles never play well together! If you have polished floor tiles in a wet area, this is not the cheap, easy solution you were hoping for.The product is easy to apply and wipe off. You need to know that is a coating for the tiles, not an acid wash. What’s the difference? An acid wash changes the tiles surface, creating small indentations (not very noticeable, more like a matte finish) that adds grip, almost like grout does for small format tiles. This is a coating. Coatings do not change the surface of the tile and wear off. This creates a very slight matte finish to your tiles. I would NOT use this for gloss tiles or on marble. It does not leave a finish that will prevent you from slipping on wet polished tiles. It does add slip resistance to dry tiles. That said, on a tile with a DCOF greater than .50 it adds additional slip resistance wet or dry. But on polished tiles again, it will not add enough resistance to prevent falls. If you have tiles that are rated for floors and/or shower floors, this will add additional grip, especially when dry. If you have tiles that are NOT DCOF RATED for floors, do not expect miracles. The only answer in that case is to have a professional add or buy a DIY product that will acid wash the surface or use the plastic grip strips. Acid is permanate and will add some grip. However, if you want real grip on wet tiles, the only answer is to buy DCOF wet area rated tiles or acid wash. Sorry but you just can’t cheap out with a coating and get the change to the tiles surface you want. I know, not the answer you wanted but the truth.

Anti-slip for painted concrete floors
I applied, Miracle Sealants ANTISLIP6 511 Anti Slip Penetrating Sealers, myself to a newly painted concrete floor in my remodeled garage. I use this space for a short term rental. The floor prior to using Miracle Sealants ANTISLIP6 511 Anti Slip, was very slick after a new coat of paint on the floor. The combination of water from outside rain on your shoes and newly painted concrete floors was a slippery situation. Once I applied one coat on the floor, the problem was resolved. The process of problem solving was very stressful for me. I was trying to figure out what I should do with such a slippery floor, but this product solved my problem! I applied it in January and it is now the end of May and it works just as good without having to re-apply it. I wash the floors with a gentle soapy water 1-4x a week. I would highly recommend this product.

Works, but it smells
This stuff really works! My only issue is the smell. I have to keep my kitchen windows open and make sure any food is sealed up and put away before I use it.

Stopped slippery tile bathroom floor.
Used the optional application brush to apply two coats and it dried perfectly. No problems, worked great. Make sure you wear gloves and read directions since it is will cause fire and is harmful to skin.

Ineffective, Not Worth Time or Money, and Seller WILL NOT Accept Returns
This Miracle Sealants ANTISLIP6 511 Anti Slip Penetrating Sealers, Questionable "penetrating"... VERY LABOR intensive to apply, takes a couple of days, unless you can apply a large area and then leave your house for a day or so.Installed over a tile floor in kitchen and entry ways, the product worked, kinda, BUT, only for a very short time, less than 2 weeks. Can't imagine applying it near a pool. Not a good choice. Probably going to have to go with a much more expensive option, like maybe an acid wash, or replacing the slippery tile floor with something else.BE AWARE, you CAN NOT return this item, partially used or even brand new (after I had ordered 2 more bottles).

No more Slip.
My bathroom floor have a polished tile style and is very slippery. I am always concerned about slip and fall so I looked for ways to fix it and found this product. Very easy to use. I simply pour a portion of it to the floor and spread it with my mop then I wait around 5 minutes and mop it dry. It is great that you keep the look of your tile floor but it is not slippery anymore. Not sure how long this will last but I can always apply this when I steam the floor as it is that easy to apply it.
