Ouai medium conditioner is my GO TO! I will never buy another conditioner again, this leaves my hair smooth, soft, and I absolutely 100% can tell that my hair is so much stronger and it is absolutely growing! If you’re even considering this, go get it now! I have semi thick medium length hair

This is my favorite conditioner! It leaves my hair so soft. It’s a little expensive but I get compliments on the smell every time I use it.

Every once in a while I feel the need to change shampoo and conditioner. I don't know why. Maybe it's just me or I might be a product junkie. Lol. I love this brand. My hair shines and stays soft and clean longer. Gotta love that!!

This is my favorite conditioner on the market - hands down better than Olaplex. It’s worth every penny, and a little goes a long way (you don't have to use much). I also love the shampoo.

I have medium density, very straight, naturally blonde hair with old heat dage from a stylist. I'm groeing out the damage & have been able to retain the majority of the length, trimming periodically, as long as I wash & condition every other day & condition only every other day.I bought this conditioner to use for co-washing (conditioner only wash). It is geared toward healing damaged hair & notes it softens as well. I didn't find either claim to be my reality. In fact, I find this conditioner to be on par with the results I got from Caviar; Dry & stiff hair after use. My hair didn't get softer as I blow dried either. It got more tanlged & the scent is offputting as it smells mildly like musk & baby powder. Not the worst scent & I could totally see (smell) right passed that if the product left my hair soft, which it doesn't.I took off one star for a lack of positive results but don't let detour you. Maybe it is a match made. It's just not mine.

This is a very good product. Deep conditioner for damaged hair, hair left shiny and soft - on its way to recovery!! Worth the money.

My hair feels soft but the smell is too strong; like cheap old lady perfume. I thought the smell would tone down after a day but it is still very strong on day two. I won’t buy again.
