There is nothing about this chair to dislike. It has everything you might need--cup holders, USB ports, massage, heat, lift. Great fabric; very comfortable. Everything works perfectly. The only negative I have to say is that the chair was shipped in two boxes, which I expected; but the boxes were shipped by different carriers, one UPS and one Fedex. Not sure why the company did this, but the boxes arrived within one day of each other.For the price, this is the perfect lift chair. Stay away from bonded or faux leather. They are a ripoff and will start peeling within a year.

I love the chair, I wish someone could have let me know that it would be shipped by two different carriers and delivered on separate days. Wrote to seller and never got an answer back of where the bottom of my chair was. I am only 5' tall, so I have to manually scoot back in the chair after it is reclined. The description of the chair states that the seat is 20.5" wide, this is deceiving because if you measure the seat width between the cup holders it may be 20.5" but back past the cup holders where your butt sits is only 17" wide. Still, I am happy with purchase.

Their chair is amazing and by amazing I mean there is absolutely nothing about this chair to dislike. It has everything you might need, like heat, USB ports, massage, cup holderslift. This chair also have great fabric; and its extremely comfortable because they added soft padded cushions and backrest so it offers you extra comfortableness. Everything works perfectly. In conclusion for the price, this is the perfect lift chair. Stay away from bonded or faux leather. They are a ripoff and will start peeling within a year. When this arrived it had two of each remote with it. Neither remote for the massage/heat function work. If you have that remote plugged in then the upper back massage starts and does not quit. When in the reclined position you can feel the bar that goes across the back of the seat. The back rest tends to push back when you lean back on it. Update I tried to set up a return and I am told I can keep the chair and they will give me $80 dollars If I return it I have to pay for it to go back.

It is easy to assemble, the material is not bad, the arms rests are way to low for me and I'm about 5.10 so I'm not too tall, my problems is that the power supply for the massager was missing, i contacted the vendor and they ask me for a picture and a few information, then they say they have to contact the manufacture in China and get it delivered, i been waiting for a few weeks, by it self is not a big deal, is about 12 to 15 dollars only, but I tried to used the USB charger and it fried first a pair of headphones and then a mini keyboard for my fire stick, the only reason i don't return it is because i don't want to take it apart, get boxes and ask someone to take me to the nearest UPS.

A beautiful chair, brown color blends with most decor. Came packaged in two boxes for easy handling. The directionsWere easy to follow and did not require a lot of strength to assemble. It is so convenient to be able to plug in my phone and iPad on the chair. Cup holders are also a plus I also enjoy the massage option. As you see I am very pleased with my purchase at such a low cost.

You truly get what you pay for.Chair came in two separate boxes which is understandable as it is far easier to ship via UPS.PROS: Went together quickly. Nicely styled.CONS: Doesn't feel solid. Reclining motor is slow. Padding relatively thin. USB's do NOT charge (they are powered up)Is certainly not as solid or comfortable as a more expensive chair would be. We own another similar but better grade chair. MUCH heavier , solid , thicker padding.The USB's were not a selling point however very convenient if they worked. They don't.Although they light up. So unless I send this thing back , people will be plugging in but not charging. I could put a piece of duct tape over the ports, I guess.

A present for my father! It looks very good. My father feels very comfortable sitting on the massage chair. It can have different massage functions for each different body part. The massage chair can also adjust its height automatically. Although the price is a little expensive, it is worth buying.
