It'll Keep You Alive but it's not Bibimbap and it's not Good.
It's a combination of poorly cooked rice and TPR, with tiny pieces of freeze dried vegetables and rubbery freeze dried egg. Not only that, but it's not "Ready to Eat." It takes 10 min if you have boiling water and a whopping 40+ min if you have tap water or bottled water only. I ate it hot and could barely stand it. I'm certainly not willing to have this cold. Yuck! Really not worth the price. There's much better stuff out there. I'm glad I only ordered one of them to try. This is not going into the go-packs. I'd rather have a tube of PB & J. The reviews that say it's "delicious" have got to be people working for the company. No way is this delicious or even good. That said, if you find it for free, by all means, take a few for emergencies. In the words of Crocodile Dundee, "You can live on it, but it taste like..."

Shelf life is a few months?
These “MREs” say they expire in July of this year. That’s pretty disappointing.
