A: It varies depending on brand name. Delicious

**Q: Do you have to take off the casing before you eat them?**
A: no you do not take the casing off, at least I do not and I have never heard of anyone taking the casing of a banger.

**Q: what are the preparation instructions?**
A: in a fry pan with lid add about 3/4 cup of water over med heat for about 10 mins turning every once in awhile. when water is gone continue cooking till browned all over.
