Arrived packaged well and even had printed on the box which filters it worked with. So when you took out the old filter, it was so easy to verify and reinstall. Great packaging!!After running through the 2+ gallons of fluids to 'prime' the filter it has worked great! Would buy again! 👍

After install the filter, taste good,feels good

This is the second Refresh filter I've used, and as long as they offer them I'll be ordering them. The filter takes all the taste out of the water. It's nice not to have the expense of bottled water. The directions are easy to follow, and it's seriously easy to do. Turn off the water, pop out the old filter, turn on the water, run three gallons and you're set.In the box you get the filter, stickers that you can put on the filter to let you know when you replaced it. Also it came with a Refresh refrigerator magnet with spots on it where you can write the model number of the filter (Awesome since I had to search high and low for it to order this one) and a place for the install date. I used the other area on the magnet to put the date I need to replace it. One more cool idea that was also in the box was a dry erase pen that has a magnet in the cap so you can put that on the fridge too. Something so small like the magnet and pen sure put this filter purchase over the top.Sometimes it's the small stuff that make a big difference.I'll sure be ordering another one of these in six months.
