I have always been a fan of Farberware products and this sharpener did not disappoint.

I wish I had known about this inexpensive knife sharpener years ago. Back then, we would have to take our knives to a hardware store to get sharpened properly. A few swipes before use and every knife in the drawer can cut a tomato without bruising it.

Good deal, fast shipping, and packaged well. A little bigger than I expected.

I’ve used one of these for years. It works well and it’s easy to use. Mine finally wore out so I ordered a new one.

Great should last a while

This Farberware Edgekeeper Tabletop Kitchen Knife Sharpener looks great. Feels sturdy. Like the baby blue it was made with. HOWEVER...this made a moderately, halfway dull kitchen knife COMPLETELY DULL. Don't know if I could have cut my finger with this blade after using this Farberware sharpener. Going back to my old device, the AccuSharp Hand-Held Carbide Blade Sharpener, appx. $9.50 on Amazon. Which after trying this Farberrware Edgekeeper sharpener, which screwed up the blade, the old AccuSharp sharpener brought the blade back to a sweet razor's edge. The way it should be. Save your time, your money, (which oddly enough, Amazon told me to KEEP this Farberware sharpener, they would just refund me what I paid for it. No return needed. That's nice, and now the Farberware Edgekeeper Sharpener is headed to Goodwill. I have ordered two of these on separate occasions. One for my boyfriend who makes knives and one for my mother for Mother's Day. Shipping was really fast, and they are both very happy with the results. The plastic does not look surdy but it gets the job done. Overall, pretty good for the price !
