Not my favorite — tastes mostly of chamomile, barely any honey or vanilla. I like Celestial Seasonings version better.

Drink about an hour before bedtime

This is a tea to have as a kitchen staple. If you have trouble sleeping the key to getting the most out of this tea is to brew it and let it steep for about 5min. before drinking it. Your body will thank you for it, and you won't wake up groggy!
