A lightweight 2 layer broadcloth skirt with flow and flair. Back corset style lacing will allow for 3-4 inches to fit each size, so even if you are close, as long as you choose where the maximum falls above your natural waist size, you'll get an excellent fit. See additional pics for actual top of skirt image. This is a high waisted skirt that goes in at the natural waist, that is where you want to measure. Has 2 drawstrings at the back and you just slide the material of the outer layer up the drawstring to create as much bustle as wanted and still have a full length layer below. 2 layers of ruffles are stationary to the hem, and 2 layers are what bustle in back, but also can be tucked up and played with in front. Wear with a petticoat for fullness, or on it's own. Remember, choose a size where your waist is below the maximum. Length is below the knee. Corsets shown not included. Skirt only.
