Excellent bendable, Self-pressure controlled stick glides at any pressure over sore or painful muscles. Helps so much!
I bought this size, Marathon, for myself years back. It was recommended for ongoing muscle pain and tenderness by a massage therapist almost 10 years ago. It still works like brand new. Comes with a picture guide step by step for each muscle group. My favorite because you control the pressure. It rolls I’ve and helps get lumps bumps or just soothes sore muscles. I use it for painful muscles, especially if I’ve overdone it. I bought this for a friend for a gift due to pain in rehab after surgery. Also, an added benefit is this size easily fits in carry on luggage. I flare on trips. So it is a great companion to roll out the muscles. Has soft hand grips you push to bend the wand and the white gliders go smith over workout pants or shirt easily. This is the first I’ve bought as a gift. Not the first I’ve recommended for athletes and friends with chronic issues causing pain.

It really helps with the pain and this massage stick is GREAT. It is worth the money to purchase and ...
Got this massage stick at the advice and recommendation of my physical therapist after I learned that I had hip bursitis in both hips. My husband uses it on my hip areas and way down to the knee. You have to lie on your side and put a pillow between your legs and knees bent and then uses the massage stick on my hip areas and thigh areas of both hip areas every night for about 4 minutes. It really helps with the pain and this massage stick is GREAT. It is worth the money to purchase and I give it 5 stars. I had back surgery in August of 2017 and had this PT come to my apartment and then she recommended this massage stick. Have been using it for several weeks now. I am 67 years old. Bought it in early September of 2017. I highly recommend it for working out pain in your muscles. Marilyn F.

My Chiropractor Suggested It - What a Blessing
I've been working on rebalancing my body, and my chiropractor suggested this for the soft tissue soreness that developed in my legs. This is a great way to break up the salt buildup in your muscles, and using this stick was instrumental in reducing my need for adjustments by half and with a lot more comfort. This is an all-body solution that is amazing for working sore muscles. Wish I'd found this years ago.

This works to roll out hard to reach muscles
This roller is flexible unlike cheaper brands. Rolling out difficult to reach areas like inner thigh, backs of thighs, calves and outside edges of legs is easy with this classic stick. My physical therapist showed it to me. She has used hers for years. The stick is essential!

Muscle knots are becoming a thing of the past
I'm in love...with a stick! I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis and am currently waging battle against it. A sports therapist told me that Plantar Fasciitis may have its roots in tight calf muscles. So I bought "The Stick" and can't say enough good things about it. I've only been using it for a week, and already my tight-as-zipline calf muscles are releasing. The first time I used it, I could only just barely put the mildest pressure on my super knotted calves. Now, after a week, I'm able to dig in more. My muscles are releasing before my eyes. I use it at least twice a day, for about 5-10 minutes. Be careful not to get too aggressive until you can tolerate it, you'll only make things worse. Start slow and build up the pressure gradually. I keep this under my desk at work and give myself mini-massages throughout the day. At first it may seem painful...take your time, go slow. After a few days, you may very well find it becoming addictive. WONDERFUL product, totally worth the money.

Trainer Approved!
I have been using the "stick" for years on my clients. It works great for arthritis and sore muscles. Make sure you don't roll your bone, only the meaty areas. Works amazing on stiff necks and on legs with poor circulation. I have the yellow, red, and blue. If you are a sissy, and don't apply much pressure on yourself buy the yellow. If not get the blue or red. I had a client use the yellow one too hard on themselves and permanently bent it. I would only use the yellow for arms around the medial and ulner nerves.

More handy than a foam roller
The stick is just what I hoped it would be - a handy substitute for my trusty foam roller. It won't be replacing my foam roller, as it seems that sometimes I just can't get as deep a massage with the Stick. However, I have an easier time pinpointing areas of concern with the Stick, and it's much less hassle to grab the stick and roll out my calves than to lug out the big roller and make space on the floor. As such, I'm using the Stick more often throughout the day, rather than just foam rolling once a day after my run. I'm happy with my purchase! It will also be nice to stick the Stick in my suitcase when traveling. Try that with a foam roller!

Feels so good!
I didn't know about this until my pilates instructor showed me hers. You control the pressure that is applied and you control the area to be massaged. The little plastic rollers seem really sturdy and the stick itself is slightly flexible, so you can literally apply the massage stick anywhere on your body. Be careful at first. The pressure is intense if you push hard. Work lightly until you find what works for you. Really great tool.

Best purchase ever
When i bought this my husband thought it was a waste on money. I bought it for rolling my legs after running as i get tight calves and its great. But i also use it for massaging my husband (or he gives me one). Its amazing how good this stuck works. The fact that its flexible helps with massaging and curving slightly to your body. It hits so many muscles on you back, butt, arms and legs. Everytime i use it on my husband he says "best purchase ever"
