My favorite source of Vit C…black currant concentrate
High Vit C concentrate, just add water for good alternative to OJ or lemonade. Doesn’t elevate blood sugar diluted but taste is still there not watery. Great for kids in hot summer days!

Works good with soda stream!
Works great with carbonated water for a caffeine-free fizzy drink. Even better with tart cherry juice mixed in as well.

Childhood favorite
They say memories are triggered by smells and tastes and this does not disappoint. A bit sweeter than I remember at full dose, but maybe Mum never gave a full recommended dose. As it is an add-in you can make it as strong or as weak as you wish. Black currant is a wonderful flavor that one really can’t compare to the fruity drinks you get in the states. Nostalgia in a bottle!
