Yes … should be easy enough. Program the timer for the delay you desire alarm period. The voltage to the blinker can activate the timer and when the timer expires the alarm will activate. You should be able to find a variety of alarms that will work nicely and draw <1 amp which is easily handled by the timer. You’ll need to isolate the two sides so something like a couple 1N4001 diodes should do the trick or a couple cheap relays. Good Luck!
