Have been using this product for 3 weeks now and I can say it promotes better sleep. Not sure if it's contributing to my weight loss as I'm doing several other things as well as eating right so can't say definitively if my loss is related to this product. I'm also using the Vimulti AM capsules which do seem to help curb appetite a bit. I will definitely finish both bottles but not sure if I'd reorder at this point.

I have been taking this supplement for a little over a week now. I haven't had any weight loss but to be honest I haven't started eating better or exercising. I use it in combination with the day time ones. I have noticed an increase in energy and more frequent urination which means I have to be losing some water weight perhaps in inches and not weight (I need to get a tape measure to verify.) I will continue to take this supplement until the bottle is gone so I will update when that occurs.

Definitely I lost some pounds but I also cut a lot from the unhealthy foods and I am eating smaller portion! Is not over night weight loss if you don't do any effort. I did not lost any pounds until I started eating less and more healthy! I like these pills because some how they help me to sleep and wake up great every morning and probably lose some weight! I did it! You can do it! I am om the 3rd bottle! And so far so good! Yes I did lose weight but like I said you need to exercise and cut from the unhealthy food. If you don't exercise and eat healthy then you definitely not going to lose weight. But these pills are pretty good in combination with a little bit of exercise and healthy eating. You won't see results over night but you will see it soon when you do all these. Eating healthy and exercise! I love these pills because they are healthy no sides effect and I wake up with my belly nice and flat! And I always weight less every week! but remember exercise and healthy eating and these tables they will do very very good! You will see the difference fast. If you stay on couch and snacking and expecting losing weight just by drinking these pills then trust me you won't lose any weight. I gave this product until I finished the bottle before writing a review. This does absolutely NOTHING for weight loss as it claims. Did not lose a single pound after two months of use. The reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because it is a great sleep aid. Problem is that they claim to be a weight loss product. Will not purchase again.

Not good at all.

I just purchased this product less then a week ago, even though to early for weight loss review ( I did loose two lbs.) taking this supplement at night does not make you groggy or lethargic upon waking up. My energy level has increased and I am definitely less bloated. A slight aftertaste in the morning if I do not take the pills with a full 8oz glass of water, I do have to use the bathroom a bit more often through out the night but I can't honestly say if it's side effect of the supplement or because I am drinking lots more water to flush out toxins.To follow up with weight loss review as I am taking it with Skinny Angel Fat Burner.

Didn't even lose 1/2 lb and my goal was just 10 lbs in the tummy area. But worse than that, I still woke up at 3 AM. It did help me fall asleep, but not stay asleep. I read all the reviews and was so hopeful Didn't work for me. Returned.

I just received this item 1 and a half ago... i followed the instructions and took it before I slept. Well in all honesty... it works. The proof is in my jeans. The only problem is that I cleaned out my closet and donated sooooo many items I loved and now I feel like a moron. I honestly didn't think this was going to work for me. I feel so much better about myself and it makes me so happy every morning when i wake up. Try it. If you don't like it return it. But when you see that your love handles are gone in a week. You won't return it. I'm a very happy customer!!! 😭
