Kitchen Craft Anodised Dariol Moulds
Ah, the story of my Yorkshire puddings is a long one of failure, frustration and tears-till these arrived. After much interweb research, I settled on an american recipe for things called Popovers which it was stressed need to be cooked in special pans-taller than they are wide, there was a lot of pseudo science explaining why it worked, but the price of special pans was a bit steep so I decided to test the theory with these.My Yorkies have been declared better than the bought ones-praise indeed.I may now splash out on the real pans and use the dariol moulds for their intended purpose

After 7 years... they get holes in the base
Rubbish. Back to using the 40 year old tin plate moulds . Corrodes through ..after 7 years ... nice one. Ok still functional as a mould ... but come on lads ! Shame on thee . Lol.

Childhood memories
