All 3 bottles I tried—the first 3 I took from the package—worked exactly as you would expect, delivering a standard mist when pumped.Most people who buy these get them because, at 3.4 fl. ozs. (100 ml), they comply with the TSA's rules for liquid volumes, and they would like to take hand sanitizer on board. That's my situation, and I am happy with these.If you use isopropyl alcohol, as I did, you can either just fill a bottle with unaltered 70% isopropyl alcohol solution; or put in 75 ml of 91% isopropyl alcohol solution, then top it up with 16 ml of distilled (or previously boiled, or well filtered) water to make a 75% solution, the concentration recommended for healthcare settings by the CDC and WHO. Note that with 91 ml of solution in them, these bottles will be 'full' by normal standards—100 ml is the theoretical limit.
