Barber scissors hair cutting shears kit with comb 6.0 inch Japanese stainless steel for professional hair cutting scissors

It does not have a box packaging so I don't know where it's from, but I assume it's made in China. I've been looking for Japanese steel scissors, but it's hard for find one. I've done my husband's haircut twice since the pandemic lockdown and I must say I'm quite impressed how sharp these are. I'm no pro hairdresser and have only learned to cut hair from Youtube tutorials. I have used the thinning scissors to trim my hair. Let's see how they will hold up. That's the only reason I gave a 4-star review.

After doing my research for good scissors, I read so many bad reviews I didn't know what to buy.I was skeptical about the quality. But they offer free returns, so I gave it a try. The scissors work great, the are very sharp (I cut my fingers a couple of times). I've use it only 2 times an the 2 scissors work like magic. I'd buy it again, no doubt about it. I hope the keep working so well.

Good for in between haircuts. I watched my hairstylist use hers on me so I figured I could do it too!

Perfect, just what I wanted. I had been doing family pandemic haircuts with regular old scissors, and then I ordered these... OMG what a difference! The straight shears are super sharp. And the thinning shears are perfect for feathering the edges, making the cut look natural. You don’t want a straight cut across - you want to use thinning shears to make it a little uneven and organic.

Using these scissors felt like I was using left handed scissors with my right hand. When I tried to cut straight across, quite often the hair slid up between the blades and didn't get cut. When they DID work, they were sharp enough, but more than half the time I wasn't successful at actually cutting any hair. I was using them on a toddler with fine, slick hair so perhaps that is a factor.I'm not a hair stylist, just a nice lady attempting to give a 2 year-old a quarantine haircut. Your experience may be different.They also did not work at all for a left handed person.

The scissors are very sharp and easy to glide to have a smooth haircut... the only thing is the holes are not too big for people with huge hands to put in their fingers. My husband uses it the most, but he has no complains... probably that’s how professional barber scissors are supposed to be?

Quality scissors or the money. And when I had a slight delivery delay, these guys really took care of me.I only wish for little thing: it’s called a scissor key or scissor wrench- to adjust tightening- it wasn’t promised but...But the way Sunzhi treated me deserves 6 STARS !

Very surprised when i received great quality for the price, usually to get shears this good would cost a lot more.
