We have a lot of high windows and this kit makes it easy to reach them without climbing up high on a ladder. Allows us to keep our windows sparkling clean.

This thing is exactly as described. It has a telescoping pole that is very much capable of reaching maximum length. There is an assortment of attachments available that can go at the top, making it quite versatile. There are a couple of aspects that make it non-ideal, but let me be clear that I have no idea how they can possibly improve upon it without switching to much more expensive materials. I sincerely believe this is about as good as it can get in this price category. That said, it is quite heavy and difficult to handle when the pole is extended. When extended more than 20 ft or so, the pole starts to bend quite a bit and becomes wobbly under all that weight. The mechanism for releasing and tightening the telescoping sections is also a bit cumbersome and sticks out on the side of the pole, making it likely that you could accidentally bump or scrape something along the pole's path.

I bought this to clean our solar panels: we are in central valley of CA, and even in town, we get a LOT of dust from surrounding agricultural activities. I have been rinsing the panels with water, which gave about a 5% increase in output. By rinsing them and wiping them down with this while still wet, output increased by 14%. That is enough to make a difference, I believe. The pole is a bit heavy and bends easily when extended past about 20 ft, but the head rests securely on the panels once it gets there, so it's pretty easy to wipe up and down while keeping the panels wet. I can't compare to any other product, but am happy with the results from this one.

On the plus side, the pole is made of aluminum and appears to be well built. Each section can be extended and locked to any length. However, I gave only three stars because it is pretty much unusable fully extended. Between the weight and flexing of the pole, there was no way I could wash and squeegee my tallest window. It was like trying to control a wet noodle. It did a decent job though when not fully extended.

Many of my clients for my commercial cleaning have been requesting window cleanings. This tool went above and beyond! We live in Florida and the windows had years of algae caked on them. I was able to scrub the windows 20' up.

I ordered the 30 ft. extension pole so I could clean my roof mounted solar panels. I still have to get up on a roof but I no longer have to get onto the steep part of my roof in order to reach the panels. The things I like about the pole are. Rubber mounted grips on the base part of the pole help in staying on the roof when laying down. Several extensions are available for custom lengths as necessary. Lightweight design helps in maneuvering the pole even when fully extended (important to me as I am 66 years old). Things I did not like are; The top extension was easily bent when the pole was almost fully extended when I laid down the pole on my roof where the steeper part of the roof met the flatter part and there was no support in between. From that, I learned to keep the last and smaller section stowed until I absolutely needed the full extension then either laying in a vertical position or having full support if in a horizontal position. The locking levers used for releasing or stowing each section can be hard on the hands...just have to be careful or use gloves. Things I would change or make available are; Rubber grip for all of the base section. An available car wash brush attachment which I think would do a better job of cleaning solar panels than the supplied mop/squeegee tool. After washing the panels in soap and water, I simply hose off everything to a clean panel. No need to Squeegee. Overall, this was the right pole for the right job. The attachment that was supplied was okay but will be used on my windows around the house so I didn't lose anything from a worthless attachment. It still will come in handy. I am now trying to figure out how to get my Costco bought car brush (has thick brush on every side of the brush head) onto this pole. The money I saved from being able to clean my solar panels will certainly pay for this high quality pole.

This is a well made product with an amazing reach. Good tools to go with it and clean windows or remove cobwebs. A bit on the heavy side and difficult to wield for a 66 year old man. Otherwise a great buy and highly recommended.

I live in a house with high widows and skylights that are difficult and downright dangerous to reach with a ladder. I was so pleased on the first day I used this and realised I can now do away with the ladder nightmare. It reaches the highest windows and is very sturdy so it does not twist and bend despite the length. Be prepared for the weight but you will get used to it and not look back.

I used it the other day, its very solid product. I find it heavy when its extended & hard to squeegee the windows without leaving streaks. I think I need more practice controlling it. Its definitely worth the money. I clean for a living & used others but not 30' & well made like this one.

Very long but does flex a lot at the end when fully extended. However it is very well made. Hopefully it will last but it looks like it will
