Better on Charcoal
initially bought to put on the gas bbq, but so far have had poor results with smoke quantities. Its almost like a very very slow smolder rather than smoke. So I tried it on the charcoal kettle... absolutely awesome . Worked like a peach - smoked out the neighbours and gave the meat a really nice flavour. Box didn't warp at all.

Simply changed my whole view on BBQ. Amazing!Hinge is a bit temperamental! And chips get stuck In the hinge.Otherwise excellent!
