Perfect for my Parents
My parents have had well water for five decades. After a minor earthquake rendered their well useless, they had to go on “city water.” After never having it, my parents were horrified by the chlorine smell. I got them this pitcher, and they were thrilled with the results. They filter all water for drinking and cooking. They are in their 90’s and don’t consider it an arduous task; in your 90’s, most things become arduous!

Like drinking spring water
Our prior home had a well and we had a whole house water purification system on the front end and a reverse osmosis system for drinking water. We loved the water. We now moved to an area with Municipal Water and we don't like the taste as it had a metallic taste (probably from iron content). We've been buying bottled water for the past year and that gets expensive so we purchased one of these. It does a great job and makes the water taste as good as the bottled spring water. We're going to buy a second so that we always have cold water to drink.

Makes my awful tap water taste like bottled water
I had a smaller filter, and the most annoying thing about it is that the lid would come off when you tried to pour, unless you held it down. Don't have that problem here.Positives:Lid stays in place while pouringLarge capacity = less refillingFilters may flag as bad, but still keeps the water tasting good for quite a while.Water tastes great!Negatives:Takes a while when you do refill it. Have to fill, leave and walk around, fill some more, walk around, etc.Will be buying another for my parents in the near future.

Don’t get what you pay for..
I ordered this product. Opened it up NO filters. Said came with 2 filters. So now in order to use this pitcher I have to go out and buy filters. I should have gone out and bought the whole thing. What a waste..

LOVE IT
Had to scroll thru a couple 100 Brita's & then I FOUND THIS ONE....IT IS AWESOME..LIDE DOESN'T FALL OFF & you can have a glass of filtered water while you are starting more filtering
