Great selection of recipes, lets me get more out of my Instant Pot
I'm a lazy cook. I appreciate anything that'll make it easier and faster to prepare meals and clean up afterward. I had an Instant Pot but really started using it with the recipes from this cookbook. I've made a couple of the soups (split pea, mushroom barley, french onion with short ribs (really good!)), sides (swedish meatballs, garlic mashed potatoes), and mains. My favorites so far are the "Grandma's Stuffed Cabbage", which reminded me of my grandmother's cooking, and the Texas Chili. The Spicy Ribs with Coffee and Chili Sauce recipe looks like another winner. I haven't tried the desserts yet but I plan to make the Flourless Chocolate Cake one of these days. The recipes are well described and pretty easy to follow. I appreciate that alternatives to some ingredients are listed, so I didn't need to buy a big bag of masa harina for just one tablespoon (I already had cornstarch). I also like the writing style, since it makes me feel that I'm getting a recipe from someone I know who's sharing a family treasure.

Exceeds Expectations!
As a recent instant pot aficionado, I knew I would want a new IP for Passover. But what to make in it? Where would I find Passover recipes for all of the special holiday foods? Enter Paula Shoyer, who was clearly reading my mind and filling a desperate need in the Jewish community -- a kosher Instant Pot cookbook. I bought this cookbook on the strength of the table of contents, and I have not been disappointed. The Peruvian chicken is delicious! The Asian noodles are superb! Sharing techniques for basic foods and making complicated items easy to manage -- this cookbook is made for the novice cook and the practiced one, too. Half of the recipes are Passover-friendly, and all of the recipes appear wonderful. We're looking forward to Spinach Pesto Brisket at the seders! Thank you, Paula Shoyer! Kosher IP users, Jewish IP users, and IP users who like great food, do yourself a favor and buy this cookbook.

Only Instant Pot cookbook you need!
I love these recipes and how easy they are to make, and everything always turns out great! As a working mom of 4, I need recipes that can be made quickly and feed my family during the week. Being able to multi-task makes Shabbat cooking easier as well. Favorite recipes are Chicken Salad, Moroccan carrots, Red lentil dal (vegetarian), Everything Bagel chicken wings, Lentil and Squash soup, Bertha’s meatballs (can be made vegetarian with impossible meat), Cholent with a twist, Rigatoni in pink sauce, Black bean chili, and Kasha Varnishkas. Haven’t made my way to the desserts yet but will soon! If you own an Instant Pot and you keep Kosher (or even if you don’t), this is the best cookbook to use!

Easy to read, great tips even for experienced IP users
I have been using an IP - OK, two IPs - pretty heavily for several years. This beautifully written and photographed cookbook gave me not only a lot of delectable-sounding recipes, but also some great new ideas and techniques to try. In this era of limited grocery trips, the regular presence of substitution options is also much appreciated!

Delicious, easy to follow recipes
This cookbook is a game changer! I love my Instant Pots. I am always looking online for new recipes. But often the ingredients are not kosher, or they mix milk and meat (a big no-no in kosher cooking). This cookbook is written by Paula Shoyer, author of The Kosher Baker (another cookbook I love). She has developed amazing recipes for appetizers, soups, meat, dairy and vegetarian main dishes, and desserts. Probably one of the best things about the cookbook is that so many recipes can be made kosher for Passover. I've made the sponge cake, the flourless chocolate cake, and matzo brie brulee for Passover. Before Passover, I made the red lentil dal and it was delicious. There is no superlative great enough to describe how great the recipes are! I can't wait to try out many more recipes. Thank you, Paula Shoyer, for this cookbook. I plan on buying copies for all my children!

Fabulous Kosher Cookbook
On my first read I flagged nearly half the recipes in this book to try. It is such a breath of fresh air to not have to make substitutions and to be able to cook everything from the recipe as is. I love my instant pot and absolutely love this cookbook.

Great addition to the current selection of Instant Pot books
I purchased this book as soon as it hit the stores and I am very pleased with the recipes I have tried so far. We have enjoyed the Mushroom Barley soup, Classic Chicken soup, Vegetable soup and the Marrakech Beef Tagine. They were all so tasty, the recipes are easy to follow and I’m looking forward to trying so many more of them. I have all of Paula’s other cookbooks and have had success with each one of them. A Kosher instant pot cookbook is a welcome addition to the many instant pot books flooding the market and I’m very happy with this purchase

Excellent for experienced and novice Instant Pot lovers
I am avid instant pot user and learned so much from this cookbook’s flavors and proven IP techniques. I can finally make chicken and fish that on my own weren’t coming out right. And the Passover friendly recipes feel like a bonus gift!

A must-have cookbook for the Instapot!
I love this cookbook. Each recipe works out beautifully. My favourites so far are osso bucco, everything but the bagel seasoned wings, Peruvian chicken.
