The powers that be want hard dates. Resource availability changes are not something they are interested in changing their delivery schedule and/or connected processes or projects for.That being said, there is a TON of great ideas on how to utilize Dynamic Scheduling to order tasks based on resource availability as opposed to hard dependencies. Some of this type of information has proven to be useful. Still, it goes against what most managers and team members are used to.
