So happy I bought this pump!!
I have been using this pump for 5 months now, so I feel that's enough time to give it a proper run, and I am very pleased with my purchase. I did have issues with suction when I first got it, but it ended up I needed larger flanges than what it came with, and so I bought the larger size from their website. The customer service to deal wtih my suction concerns was weak at best. I had to leave a message, it took a couple days to get a call back, and the woman had absolutely no advice to help me. A few google searches and a conversation with a lactation specialist determined the size issue, but I can't imagine that it's that uncommon. Luckily, I haven't had a need to contact them again and hope it stays that way.As for the pump, it is quite the little go-getter. Because of my concern with suction, I also rented the Endear hospital grade pump, which is an absolute work horse, and helped me get comfortable with pumping. That only took a month, so it was worth the $40 rental, and then when I went back to the Enjoye, there were no other issues. I use it plugged in most days, and I pump 2-3 times a day, but when I've operated it off the battery pack, I haven't had any issues. Granted, that's only for one 10-minute pump, so I can't compare to folks who rely on the battery pack for longer lengths of time. It's easy to tote around, sets up in just a minute and does the job I need it to. It isn't as quiet as I'd like, but nothing that embarassing. Like everyone else, the CARE button is pretty much useless to me. I've got an iPhone, so I can always record or video my baby if I need the extra encouragement, but I haven't had let down issues.I'm hoping to make it at least a year with nursing my son, and I'm pretty sure this will last me at least that long. Who knows, I might even get to use it for baby #2!

I had used this pump once a week for almost a year. Then a few months later I used it about once a month for 6 months. So I had it for about 1.5 years. The whole time it never ran as strong as the first day I used it. It was sluggish and would constantly have poor suction. In that time I replaced the duck bill valves about 2 dozen times! I also had to replace the filter about 10 times! Very, very expensive to do. This was with minimal use. Every time I called the company this was there recommendation. I went to use it again and the whole part where the filter screws into just broke off. I contacted the company and I was told I could have it fixed for $100 or more depending on what was wrong with it. I paid almost $350 for this pump. I am so disappointed in its performance overall and its durability. At the end, I contacted the company to "recycle" the pump as they advertise. I found out that I would have had to pay $25 in shipping. I responded kindly to the company telling them that this was a very sad experience for me and the response was "have a great day" basically saying that they did not care: no apologies, just a kinda sarcastic response. I wish I would have never bought this pump and just bought a Medela. I have several friends who own Medela pumps that they have been using for years and still are going strong.

Great product but...
While I do really like the pump, I'm pleased to say so far out put seems comparable to the rented Medela Symphony there is something that's bothersome. I have average sized breasts/nipples but when pumping they become engorged so I need a larger flange. The fact that you can't chose your size when you order the pump feels a little discriminatory to me. It also seems like a way to get customers to have to spent more money after already buying an expensive pump. I knew for a fact I'd need the large or possibly extra large flanges but now I'm stuck with the medium sized ones and very sore nipples because I think it's wrong to make me pay another $30 to get the other sizes (the 2 sizes plus s&h). I'm a stay at home mom so money is very tight and this pump already was more then we could afford. I would normally have been very satisfied with this purchase and would be happy to recommend it to everyone on all my support sites. I belong to many online/facebook support groups as my baby was born with a physical problem that made her unable to breastfeed, exclusively pumping was the only was to get her my milk. It's been an emotional process and having to shell out more money because my body doesn't fit into the "cookie cutter" standard just makes me feel worse.
