Better than expected
I've had a terrible time finding a stress ball that's not filled with fluid or plastic granules, both of which suck IMHO. This is a solid gel ball (not filled with something else) and it's perfect. To those reviewers who call it "sticky," well...you didn't spend more than two minutes with it, did ya? The ball comes with a little baby-powder coating that wears off fast, but it's not sticky. UNTIL YOU WASH IT. Once you wash it, spend 10 minutes playing with it and the oil from your skin eventually makes it feel dry (not oily, just...normal).It's quite obvious that people who call it sticky have washed it, felt it was sticky, threw it back in the package and off it went to Amazon.

This is a good basic hand exerciser
This came exactly as described and is a good medium stress ball which means it is not extremely solid or too giving. I purchased it for my wife who needed to increase her grip strenth due to a wrist issue. It works well and came with instructions for different exercises.

Nice and firm.
Love it! A great way to exercise my hand and build up strength and flexibility. Great texture, has a good feel. Does pick up dirt if you drop it on the floor, but it's very easy to wipe off.

Great for hand exercise, and stress relief!
This is fun to squeeze, and great exercise for the hand. I love how it feels - soft & squishy, but with resistance. I'm still having problems with my hands & fingers after a bad fall that resulted in a wrist fracture, and the development of RSD. This helps with strength, dexterity, and even nerve sensitivity.

Great Feel
I've had a lot of problems with strength in my hands due to a combination of arthritis and tendonitis from overuse. I like the feel of the ball in my hand particularly when it is cold. I haven't tried heating it yet but I would think that would be a good feel as well. I think that it is giving me some relief of the pain and numbness I get and hopefully with continued use it will help build strength as well.

Good Exercise Ball for a Knuckle Injury
I fractured my knuckle and the physiotherapist gave me an exercise ball. I wore that ball out, and bought this as a replacement. It’s great!

Sticky!!!!
I ordered this ball for my child to help with their temper. When I got the ball it was covered in white powder. Yuck. Then the white powder wore off and now it is so sticky my child won't touch it. This ball attracts any type of fuzz, hair or lint that it touches. You can't just pick the fuzz off you have to wash the ball, even then it is still sticky. Don't waste your money!!! I will be buying a old fashioned foam or rubber stress ball!!
