Good value supplement. Chose this one as it contains calcium and magnesium, some of the others don't because of the space those minerals take up. Having said that it's still easy enough to swallow as the tablets are coated. Only downside for me is that the coating contains vanillin, so the tablets smell and taste of vanilla, a flavour I really don't like. My fault though, didn't notice it in the ingredients. I've been taking it for a few months now to safeguard against any dietary deficiencies. Seems to be well tolerated, no illnesses to date.

These are huge so don't buy if you have trouble swallowing...... Price is good and quality is excellent. Handy having 3 months supply in one go and they are Ok for me as they are very smooth and have a pleasant taste.

Great presentation box and look , so far its been good and hasnt upset my stomach and has so many vitamins i was told to take at the ripe old age of 54 , will update after using for a month if this changes

Large tablets ,maybe problematic for some to swallow.Good price and a brand I trust having bought from them before.

It’s a bit hard to know whether multivitamins actually work isn’t it? Anyway, these tablets are easy to pop out of their blister and are tasteless when swallowed. They’re large and don’t smell great, but cheaper than other branded multivitamins you can buy. It’s good they come in a flat box that can be put through a letterbox, it’s surprising how many things come in square boxes that you have to receive as a parcel - a handy tip there for other suppliers!
