These little 8 ounce cans pack almost 20 grams of fructose. I believe this is simply way too much sugar/fructose to consume on any sort of consistent basis unless you are hoping to get diabetes or pancreatic cancer. The taste is sweet and rather good in my opinion, but that's due to the high sugar content.

For something that is supposed to be all natural the flavor is very dry and chemically to me.
