Spring is sprung-garbage

Ordered this for my recliner. I stalled it, reclined and spring stretched and wouldn't return. Returned the "sprung" spring and was notified they received the wrong item. Now they are billing me after issuing me a refund. Pure garbage product and treatment. The springs are garbage.
