30 40 mmHG Graduated Makes Difference
These sock hose are excellent. They improve blood flow in an injured leg of mine that is prone to swell.I have tried other stretch hose but none so effective as these medical type 30-40 mmHg graduated. The mm is a measurement standard that stands for the millimeters of mercury and indicates the level of pressure. The graduated pressure is in this specification a low of 30 at the top of the sock and the high of 40 at the foot. Of course I had no way to tell if the advertised specification was present, but by the visual result of only one full day of wearing the aid, I am convinced that it was performing well within the parameters. They work fine for me. Are easy to hand launder, and they dry quickly.Price wise, they might seem a little high for one pair of socks, but it is results that you are seeking not quantity or odor reducing copper fibers. Those socks are also compression but for my needs these socks are better. These are real compression hosiery. They do the job. I found them to be comfortable, and yes, they look good on my leg when my pant leg creeps up. Nothing is evident that you are wearing a compression stocking.I am giving them a resounding Five GIANT Stars because they are well made, work as they should..and the results contribute to the overall value and rating.Get them, you wont be disappointed. Be sure to pay attention to the sizing chart when ordering.

Good & Strong Compression. Very-very Durable
I usually where Large in compression socks, across 5-10 brands. I have several Large in this brand, but they are too short to fully cover calf, short of knee by 1-2 inches, otherwise nice fit. I bought this XL, and covers full calf, reaching knee, and seems to have same compression on foot area as Large. These socks a little thicker, with nice reinforced heal. Most of my other compression socks develop rips at heal, but not this brand!!

Soft fabric
I really really like these. The compression is serious and they are really soft and lush. They have cushion on the bottom and air vents. They are the first pair I’ve ordered that actually compress my foot and ankle. My only complaint is that the knee is pretty tight for me but I’ve got big bulky knees. I’m hoping they won’t be too tight and cut off circulation but when I did a little practice run with them they were okay. Really hard to get on though lol but that’s the kind of compression I was looking for so all in all I’m pleased with these and I’m sending my DocMillers back! I like these way more

Incredible Quality, Amazing Style, Amazing Company!
These socks are exactly what I have been looking for, and in need of lately. I originally purchased an all black pair and was so thrilled with the fit and quality that I ordered a two pack of black and grey argyle! I'm always wearing shorts at work and when I'm out and about so it's super important that they also look good! Some people might be put off at the thought of compression socks due to thoughts of medical needs or pictures in their mind of some plain frumpy looking old tight elastic socks. No worries here with these comfy padded graduated compression socks! Last but not least in my two pack of argyle I had a slight hole in one sock in a pair, I reached out to customer service and a lady named Rachael got back to me incredibly quick! I wasn't even expecting a full replacement but with my order number and address I very promptly received a replacement!! Will definitely continue to order from this fantastic company and look forward to buying another pair or two in their awesome color combinations!

Work great except for........
Compression is great. Material is comfortable, except for the band around the top of the sock. It's not as stretchy as the rest of the sock, making the top of the sock quite uncomfortable, and over time painful. Close, but no cigar.

Very effective - tightest compression sock ive had
This sock has WAY more compression than any other compression sock I have tried (and ive tried all the various crazy brands on amazon). They can be a little bit of a struggle to put on - but that is sort of the point - they need to be tight. If you dont want to fight them to put them on - get a size bigger. If you want true super tight compression - get your normal size.Holding up well after 10-12 wash and dry cycles also. A little pricey but - they are good enough that I dont mind.

They do not fit
I was extremely disappointed with this product. Previously I have purchased the SOX Sugar Free compression socks and wear them everyday they work extremely well however after reading the marketing message about the CompressionZ socks I decided to purchase a pair and try them out. I ordered the X large size based on the sizing chart however when they arrived, I tried to put them on and after at least 5 minutes of struggling with just one sock I almost gave up. I finally got both pair on literally took 10 minutes and it felt like I was trying to put my size 12 foot into a size 10 shoe!! They were so tight, and my legs felt like the circulation was actually cut off rather than enhanced. I then decided to go ahead and put them in the washer to see if that would "loosen them up" a little but if anything, it made them even tighter. I must mention that when I finally did get one on the actual size from toe to heel did seem like the right size, so it was not a mistake as far as the xlarge (size 12). Needless to say, they are useless to me, and I know that they cannot be returned for credit since they have been washed etc. But needless to say, I will never purchase this brand again and next time I will return to the SOX Sugar free socks if Amazon still has those available.

Tried MANY brands, these are fantastic but need MORE patterns/colors
Over15 years I’ve worn compression socks with 30-40 mmhg compression and these are by far the best. With extra room in the toe, they don’t squeeze my toes and are still snug to my foot(No sagging excess material), easy to put on, great feeling fabric, argyle pattern is great.Only drawback is I wish there were more colors and patterns available! I have to wear these daily, so more options would be great.

Good feel and thats it.
After wearing compression stockings for a long time, I am disappointed with this product. The XL size compared with other well known brands was smaller and no actual heel is part of these stockings. Other than the fact they actually feel good I wouldn't recommend them to long term users.

Impressive
The item was delivered before the given date!!! Amazingly fast dispatch. The socks are exactly as described. I got them for my mother, who has had lymphedema on her ankles for a long time. Very strong, but very comfortable to have them on. I was looking for 30-40 Mmhg compression socks and these are excellent. It says 'for running athletes' on the package, but they clearly are of medical quality. Very impressed with the product and the company. When they get worn out, I will buy them again for my mother as she is very happy with them.
