Noxious Taste!
Previously used the BetterYou Boost B12 spray (1 spray per day) which had a reasonably pleasant apricot flavour. I wanted a lower daily dose of B12 though - so chose this for the 25mcg dose (1 spray) per day of B12; No other spray being available with this 'lower' B12 dose, that I could find. I find the taste quite nasty - so strong that it also hits the nasal passages and lingers for hours. If it were just the B12, then it may well be a good product - without such a nasty and offensive taste. Can't imagine how even more noxious would be if I 'flooded' my mouth with the recommended 4 sprays!

Huge disappointment
I love the Better You range but this one is disgusting. It tastes utterly foul and to be honest, I have thrown it away. I used it five times and each time the after taste made me gag and stayed in my mouth for ages. They really should look at this as its a great product idea, but this one lets the range down. Foul.

Leaks
Bought twice from Amazon and both times it had leaked. I did contact the manufacturer who said the pump is designed to easily unscrew for recycling. My concern is that it implies the product is not well sealed and letting in air, so therefore liable to bacterial contamination and product degredation.

Warning for those who need methylated folate
I purchased Better You vit b complex 31.7.23 because it states under 'Important Ingredients ' that it contains methylated b12 and methylated folate (Quatrefolate ). Please be warned that it does Not contain methylated Quatrefolate only the ordinary folate which is a problem for those with mthfr gene. I contacted the seller who said they were unaware of this and advised me to contact their supplier Better You and they confirmed the change and said the formula would be updated on this website. To date it has not been. Shame on them. I have passed the spray onto someone who does not need the methylated folate.

Tastes vile
This product tastes disgusting, my heart sank when I realised you were supposed to have 4 sprays a day. Also the bottle leaked.

expired solution
I took the vitamin, but it has expired in the package, which means that the expiration date will not be the same. The spray develops too easily. Wthout breaking the cardboard packaging inside it leaked. Was not closed properly It's disappointing
