I m using this product since 4-5 months, inbetween geyser stop working due to coil failure. Then I contacted on website contact n withing 10 days I got new replaced Geyser.

Horrible build quality. There seems to hv been NO quality check. 1) LEAKING: Water merrily leaking from main body. A gushing leak. 2) The indicator lights not in the right place. You can see them in bottom right side. 3) Getting a replacement was a chore in itself. I must have talked to at least 4-5 amazon service people. 4) I DID NOT get the replacement. Instead amazon marked it as DELIVERED/REPLACED. 5) Finally I have cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Let us see how log that takes, Advice: DO NOT BUY

Product works fine. You can get continous warm water if you use tap at low speed.

... poor material and design ! Inlet sprout of rubber gives way ealily and not designed for pressure from overhead tanks . Needs something which will allow a hose-clip to secure connection . Outlet sprout has a filter [ which is redundant ] and not suitable for secure PVC pipe connection . Simpler conical sprout, as presently on Inlet , would be better , but with better material quality

Please dont buy these product, it's not worth buying. Poor quality. I had a very bad experience with this product. It is said that we will provided with warrenty, when I raised for replacemen, seller charged me money to send the faulty product to their location and also charged for the deliver of replaced product. It's a vey big scam by the seller. Why should I pay money to return the faulty product.

This product work good and worth of buying. I recommend to buy this product. Happy purchase
