Can this be washed in the dishwasher

No the bottle yes but I wouldn’t advise putting the lid with the spout in a dishwasher. I have had to throw the lid away as the plastic has been breaking off

Can you buy replacement straws for this bottle? We’ve had this a couple of months and after a few washes the straw has split.

I was searching for this very problem too. My grandson only visits once a month and the straw in his bottle has split. This is the second one that has split inside 9 months. Time to replace with a different bottle now, I think. (Has been hand washed - don't have a dishwasher any more.)

Are there any top replacements available for this bottle? Seems a waste to throw away if bottle still ok.

My 3 year old autistic grandson throws his bottles after a sip. Leakage all over my furniture. Will this leak back if the spout is up?

Yes it does my son is 5 and also autistic. We got it because hes mad on spiderman and thought he could use it for school but if the spouts up it does let out liquid yes.

A straw fix below...

Other than the brittle straw (fix below) the bottle is great. The images do not come off, it is easy to clean. It does not leak and has withstood quite a few drops onto a tiled floor from our 4 year old son.As you will see from the reviews, the plastic on the straw becomes brittle. We replaced the straw with a silicone one, fits snug around the connection point, easy to remove and clean, plus it can be cut to a longer length to be closer to the bottom.
