I purchased this as an activity for my great-grandson who is 9. Distance learning was a new thing and for active kids it was not easy to keep them focused. He loves tigers, and this was the best activity for following directions and then creative painting. Fun and instructional.

My six year old grandson and I built this and he enjoyed it and was proud of how it turned out.

I bought this cute puzzle project for my 3 year old and I to do together. I knew it may be too hard for her to help with when I bought it but I figured she could do her best to help me. I wanted it to be a hands on learning puzzle in a way before her fun task of painting came into play. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if we got a bad one perhaps or if this model in particular is just cut slightly off. It was fairly hard to build as the parts didn't want to go into the slots. I was forced to use a mallet on some spots and worried I'd break the Tiger. This could have been a miscut or user error as it was my first time building one of these and the unicorn model I bought for her sister was much easier to build. Pros -- Can be fun to watch it come together- Can instill a sense of pride once built- Is fun to paint- It's a lasting keepsake if you desireCons -- Possibly too hard for most younger children (9 and below)- Little variation in color palette to paint with- Directions are a bit vague if you don't already have experience in building these kinds of toys All in all though, I definitely recommend this product to others and other parents. It was a mostly enjoyable experience.

Poor instructions!!!! Difficult to assemble for adult. Nice lion when completed. Most 5 year olds could not begin to figure out how to assemble this. Cannot figure how how the company would recommend this for 5 year old.

My son liked the tank.

My six year old enjoyed putting this together. Some of the pieces snap together tightly so it required adult help, but it was a great activity for us to do together.You paint it after assembly so you won't be taking it apart and putting it back together like a traditional puzzle.
