I purchased these for multiple uses. I originally wanted to use them for breadmaking. So far, I've sprouted them, following another reviewers instructions, & they sprout so well and fast. I've eaten them sprouted on their own or added to a sandwich. I've fed them to my pet mice, who love them. I've planted some of them. & i still plan to use them in bread once i have enough time.

Have missed my wheatberry bread since company stopped selling it. Found these sweet hard berries and a great recipe on Pinterest that uses vinegar in the mix. Boiling and simmering these berries is the hardest part of using them. They also sprout very easily to make sprouted wheatberry bread. These berries give that nutty, toothy bite I love in a soft homemade bread. I love these wheatberries and will continue ordering them for the higher protein content and flavor they give.

I love eating wheat berries for breakfast.When my local source for wheat berries closed their bulk food bins, I could not find any packaged wheat berries.I took a chance on these and am very satisfied.These have a wonderful flavor.

These sprout really well following this process:-36 hours in water-36 hours in damp paper towel-36 hours in dirt covered with paper towelWith this approach it’s a 99% sprout rate.

Excellent product, Grinds up easily into flour and are use that to make bread and pasta which both have a delicious flavor and of course are nutritiousWill definitely order again

Grew really well. The cats loved it.

The bag of wheat berries had a tear in the front and much of the product had spilled out when it arrived.
