The ingredients are all water or oils. I'll admit it has the consistency of soap, and it lathers like soap, but what makes it soap?** A: Soap is made through a reaction of the oils to potassium hydroxide; I believe they just didn't not list the latter since it ceases to exist in that form. It feels gentle for my sensitive skin, and so I purchased it again when I ran out. However, I do feel that this is wayyyy too expensive, it's just soap. I have to be honest and say that truly, while I enjoy it, the only reason I'm repurchasing is b/c of Covid - my local stores are out of handsoap, and Amazon seems to also have a limited amount available.
