The new design has 1 screw that allows you to adjust the position and a 2nd screw to lock down the position in case the 1st screw was not tight enough, it won't let it rotate more then a few degrees. The Orpaz Holster also features a tension adjustment screw which can be tighten or loosen depends on the ease of presentation and the security of retention that you are comfortable with.
