Useful
We really like this product because it allows you to make a bottle with one hand and it makes measuring powdered formula more accurate. We often make an odd number of ounces (3, 5, etc) and with the scoops you have to estimate that extra ounce or use a whole other scoop and waste an ounce. This measures by 1 ounce so it accurately measures even the odd number of ounces.The couple things we didn't like about this product are that while it works with tall bottles, the Dr Brown bottles are even taller, so they don't quite fit. We made a stand for the product so that they will fit. Also, you have to be careful where the bottle is placed so that powder doesn't miss going into the bottle. Also if you use a speciality formula (we use Enfamil AR), you have to check their website to see which adapter to use for measurement.Overall, we are very glad we have this product and would buy it again.

YES! BUY THIS.
I was NOT planning on formula feeding. I had this huge EBF plan and I was gonna stick to it! Unfortunately that didn't happen and I hated bottle feeding the whole process was just a mess plus you had to use both hands to feed the baby and really who wants to do that. JK. But really. This item eliminated a lot of the hassle. My #1 complaint with formula feeding is that the formula get EVERYWHERE. I hate that. With this you just pour the formula in and forget about it. My #2 complaint with formula feeding was that you could only make a bottle buy every 2 oz. So I couldn't make a 5 oz bottle or a 9 oz bottle. the bottle buddy lets you pick however many oz you want to do I think i goes up to 9 oz. But you can do it by singles! I LOVE THAT! My husband and I paired this with the Baby Breeza Control Kettle and it doesn't get much more instant than that. I highly recommend.

After First Use Its Broken
I bought this product in hopes that I could have my hands free to dispense formula. Read all the instructions, plugged it in, and bam that blue light came on! We dispensed ONE bottle of formula and it now will not turn on. So of course, we go to the manual. The manual says, AND I QUOTE: "Is the unit plugged in?" THATS IT. Not oh try this this and this. Just is the unit plugged in. I have NO reference on how to fix this item. None. This is currently a $60+ waste of money that just sits on my counter. Its as bad as a can of formula!If anyone can tell me how to fix this, right now, piece of junk...or if the owners could help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Crap don't buy
If I could put a zero I would. Bought this product and emailed the company because they only list 6 formula options for the insert. On my baby brezza if you email the company with your formula brand they tell you which insert. This company sends you to a website where you have to buy a scale and measure it yourself to find out which insert. Annoyance number one. After doing so the two provided inserts didn't work. I ordered a pink insert and that didn't work either. So waste of $60. I can't tell if a blue insert is even smaller as they don't tell you. This product sucks. I should've just bought another brezza for my babies daycare. Do not buy unless you use one of the six formulas they actually took the time to test.

Not a great machine
I had a baby cino machine before this and that was great as an all-in-one formula dispenser and boiler. It was however unreliable in the long term and broke down. This machine didn't break but it was not very reliable in dispensing the appropriate amount of powder. On top of that the powder was getting clogged in the machine and it's a real pain to clean. Avoid.

Not sure yet
At this moment I can't rate it higher until we're able to test it. It would be nice to know before buying what brands of formula it works with. Our daughter's baby isn't due until next month but we got this for her baby shower. We should have waited and may still return it. First, on page 2 of the manual it clearly states "Four different colored inserts have been provided" yet we only received 2 [pink / yellow]. Then further in the instructions it talks about using the pink or white inserts and with what brands but nothing about what the yellow or blue inserts work with. Does no good to send colors that aren't mentioned. Why doesn't the manual automatically list all the colors and what they work with? We're waiting to hear from the company on why we only got 2 out of 4 inserts. Meanwhile we're trying to find out where we can purchase the other 2 inserts [if needed] but having no luck.Update: we did end up returning. Only had 2 of the 3 inserts [they don't offer 4 anymore as shown in the manual]. They said the white insert should have been included but it wasn't. Also told us they can't possibly list all the brands in the manual it works with. We could find that info online. This [any type dispenser] is something you need to consider buying after your baby arrives and you find out what formula you'll be using.

Amazing !!
While holding our child screaming at the top of his lungs and attempting to make a bottle, I thought to myself..... there has to be an easier way. And then I found this ! It is a very solid unit. Quality appears to be above average from what you would see in today's products. The formula we use for our son was not listed on the instruction card however contact information for the company was. Best of all, when I called the number, it was a person who answered the phone, not a machine... and better yet.. THEY SPEEK ENGLISH !! The gentleman on the phone was so informative about the product and polite as well. It is very uncommon these days to find a product that works as described and comes with such great customer service as well. Kudos to this company !

Very Convenient
I purchased this for my second child knowing that we would be formula feeding for the entire first year. That's a lot of bottles and a lot of formula! The first one of these that arrived from Amazon was defective and had to be returned. The second one arrived in perfect working order and has been used without any problems for about 2 weeks now. I like that it dispenses the powder formula quickly and accurately. It definitely helps speed up bottle preparation and cuts down on the mess of preparing with powder formula. I would recommend this for anyone who is formula feeding. Is it a necessity? No, but it's a nice thing to splurge on for convenience.
