Our grip extensions are made to fit all size hands. They are painstakingly designed and manufactured from quality polymer blends to deliver comfort and control along with the opportunity and responsibility to be more accurate. It is a great idea to make a smaller gun so it is easy to carry and conceal, however it appears that with most small guns the grip is so small that after firing 20 rounds at practice, the cradle of a hand between the thumb and forefinger can start to bleed from the kickback due to lack of control. If that is not enough, it is almost impossible to have any accuracy with so little an area of grip control. What about when we would really need to use it? Could we miss our target and hit the unintended? These are the things that prompted me to start to design and manufacture what I believe are the best Concealed Carry Grip Extensions on the market. Garrison Grips will not automatically make you more accurate, just like sleeping in your garage will not make you a Mercedes Benz. We all need proper training and frequent practice. Be confident, not sorry. Get Garrison Grip.

I am happy to report that the extensions made for the Ruger ...
I am happy to report that the extensions made for the Ruger LCP do in fact fit the new LCP II. Also, after trying them all, the Garrison Grip is my favorite extension. Just the right amount of room to fit all my fingers without the pointed edges of the (slightly longer) Zeeshy grip extension. In my opinion, that means less to catch on when drawing. Plus, the longer Zeeshy extension is ugly as sin. I have attached a photo comparing all of the extensions I could find.

Excellent!
Excellent! The LCP is a really good pocket gun, and if I were a smaller person, I may not have wanted these grip extenders. My LCP came with two different magazine butt plates for each mag, one with a bit of an extension, which might be just right for a smaller hand, especially for a woman. My hand is so large I was barely able to grasp the grip with just two fingers, so control was very difficult. These grip extenders allow me to get three fingers on the grip, which permits better control (truthfully, a pistol this small, with a barrel this short, has so little mass (this gun only weigh about nine ounces) in such a short pitch radius, that recoil control is difficult no matter what...so anything that aids control is welcome indeed.) These grips were super easy to install (if you can assemble a ball point pen, you can do this), they are very lightweight, and they are not showing any signs of wear. AND, I am still able to easily carry the firearm in a pants pocket (which is legal in Arizona). I have no issues at all. I recommend them to anyone who owns an LCP.

It's better than it was.
The gun by itself is horrible if you have big hands like me.The extra inch of grip helps and triples the accuracy in aiming for me.I've had this grip extension for about 5 hours and yes it's definitely better but the beveled bottom of the extension is uncomfortable for my pinky. I plan on filing it down. The grip is still too small and uncomfortable for me to hold but it's a improvement.I do not regret the purchase of the extension but I would have never bought the gun. It was a gift. It may be great for conceal carry, I just don't see how 2 extra inches of grip would have hurt anything. This is a great accessory for a bad gun.I'll be honest though. After purchasing the grip extension, laser light, and rubber grip I consider this gun to be satisfactory.

Don't own an LCP without one.
Makes shooting the LCP a joy! The extensions and the Hogue grip make for an accurate and comfortable combo. Night and day for a cheap price!

Don't Waste Your Money !!
These fit terrible. The hole in the bottom that locks the extension in place is not in the right place and locks the extension onto the magazine almost 1/4" too far forward. They look ridiculous once installed and really take away from the sleek design and finish of the gun. These extensions are a great idea in theory, but VERY poorly made. I am very disappointed and sending them back. Look at the Ruger 90405 Extended mag and don't waste your money like I did on these.

Big Improvement!
I removed the stock magazine bottom from my Ruger LCP II (using a golf tee which worked very well as a tool) and replaced it with one of the Garrison Grip Extensions. This was very easy to do and took less than a few minutes. The improvement in just handling the gun is impressive. I'm anxious to try it at the range. The only downside is that when the gun is carried in a pocket holster, the extension makes it more difficult to draw out of the pocket. However, the extension makes it easier and quicker to draw the gun from and OWB holster.

Too Long - Snags In Pocket With Concealed Carry
While it does significantly improve the handling of the LCP, it creates difficulty with concealed carry in the pocket. Snags when trying to pull weapon from pocket. The extension is simply too much for CCW in pocket. I am returning.Update: The Pearce is just the right length to give a better grip without compromising the intent of carrying CCW in pants pocket. It is well made and the only one of the three that fits snugly like the Ruger extended grip.

Transfom your 380, customize it.
This is a fine product worth every penny. This is not a two, three, or four star item review; it is either a one (lemon) or a five stars item; either it does or doesn't do what it is supposed to do. Therefore, in my opinion, this is a five star item. It is made of sturdy light plastic, just like the Ruger item, so don't expect they are good for hammering down any nail or bouncing up on rock or cement floors without damage. I really don't think they are unbreakable. Installing it was a breeze, even though Garrison provides a web-link and good instructions for fitting the thing within the package, for the novice. Now, man, woman and daughter can really shoot the little LCP how it is supposed to be. Forget the other micro extensions. Ever wonder why-oh-why, does Ruger provide a useless micro extension in the first place? Don't get me wrong, I really liked the detail, but it just left me wanting for something really meaningful. This Garrison extensions are just right, not an inch too much, nor less; comfort at grip is more than adequate, after all, you are not making love to the thing. Ruger owners are missing a good thing here (by the way, Midway is missing it also). I bought two for my household and another couple for my big brother's household as a gift. Perfect for the second pocket backup.Just remember that they only fit in the original Ruger clips, and that you have to sacrifice a little of the LCP concealment when you carry (due to the long "lip" extension of the Garrison), but the benefit outweighs that little sacrifice. In fact, even fitted with the extensions, I still carry the LCP comfortably in the front pocket of my jeans, inside my Blackhawk! Size 1 holster; whenever I draw, inside stays the holster and out goes the little rascal, so I didn't have trouble with them. Some might use them as "gun range" magazines only, and put in that practice time that is always needful in a comfortable way. I use them now 24-7, although take note that my review is not 6 months old. I coupled this addition to my LCP with an inexpensive customized Hogue grip and voila. Who needs now a LC380?? Garrison has rendered the LC380 obsolete for under 30 bucks. The price is good enough for just checking them up, even if someone is later disappointed, and I think that is unlikely.Seller take note: you should allow yourselves a good photo in Amazon with a Ruger fitted with your item in the hand of a male and female shooter.Buyer take note: there are some good photos and "...tubes" of the item at Yahoo, check them out first if you want. The original Ruger clip extension is just:1/2"; a replacement with extension is the same; not enough for the "pinky". The Garrison extends 1&1/4" in the long lip side and the standard 1/4" at the grip zone. A good photo would really help you guys. I had to guess, but I was not disappointed.I like it when I guess at Amazon and it works. I didn't have to go to any store and shipping-delivery was speedy FAST. THANKS, Garrison for your product and Amazon for the usual excellent service to online customers.
