Easy in your stomache and does ease pain in joints eapecially the knees. Only one bottle ao far but did order another one. 2 per day works well but each person is different.

I switched to Puritan's Pride after taking another supplement and I can say, these worked better for me. I do have a bit more mobility and less inflammation.But, just a note if you take these. If you take a daily vitamin that has Manganese in it, you might want to watch your dose with these. I had to go down to 2 twice a day because my daily vitamin also contains Manganese. After doing a little research on Manganese, your daily intake should not exceed 11 mg according to health officials.
